Angela Rolufs is vice president for strategic energy initiatives at Paragon Business Solutions, Inc., where she leads its resiliency planning and energy technology consulting services. She has led multiple renewable energy, microgrid, electric vehicle, and sustainable infrastructure projects as the former executive director of the Missouri University of Science and Technology (S&T) Microgrid Industrial Consortium and the former director of the S&T Center for Sustainability.
Before joining Missouri S&T, Angela was employed by the U.S. Army as an engineering manager at Fort Leonard Wood, Mo. Angela has also served on the Governor’s Steering Committee for the Missouri Comprehensive State Energy Plan. She holds an M.P.A. from the University of Kansas and a B.S. in engineering management from Missouri S&T.
