Source BCI License Agreement

Source BCI Licensing allows you to integrate Source BCI into your proprietary database. With quarterly updates, make sure you have the latest data in the most customizable format. With the licensing program, data is delivered in an excel spreadsheet. The license period runs from March 1 – February 28.

This Registration Form is and will be governed by the Data Subscription Agreement attached hereto (the “Agreement) between Battery Council International (“BCI”) and the entity identified herein as Subscriber. Upon Subscriber’s acceptance of the Agreement, all terms of this Registration Form are incorporated into the Agreement by Reference. Capitalized terms used herein without definition have the meaning given to them in the Agreement.

  1. BCI Licensed Data. BCI battery replacement database which includes vintage data to the present for all passenger cars, light trucks, vans and minivans, trucks, buses and coaches, farm equipment, industrial road and miscellaneous equipment, lawn and garden equipment, tractors, power sports including motorcycle, scooters, snowmobiles, personal watercraft, utility vehicles, ATV, and go-carts, aerial lifts and power scrubbers.
  2. Access and Delivery. Subscriber may utilize its Access Credentials to access the BCI Licensed Data at any time during the Term.
  3. Term. March 1, 2024 though February 28, 2025
